Return & Exchange

After receiving the goods, the buyer can return the product without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within seven days. In accordance with the General Communiqué on Tax Procedure Law No. 385, for return transactions to be processed, the buyer must complete and sign the return sections at the bottom of the invoice provided by the seller, and send it back to the seller. The withdrawal period starts from the day the buyer receives the goods. According to our distance selling agreement, the return and exchange shipping costs for the requested product or products will be covered by the buyer.
